
- Rule of Practice
The Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and the Health Services Appeal and Review Board (the Boards) have been revised and consolidated. The new Consolidated Rules of Practice and Procedure became effective on May 1, 2013. The new Rules apply, with necessary modifications, to all matters currently before the Boards as of May 1, 2013 and to all new applications filed with the Boards after May 1, 2013.
