  1. Rules of Practice and Procedure

    Effective May 4, 2026, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and Health Services Appeal and Review Board have new Consolidated Rules of Practice and Procedure that govern proceedings before the Boards. The Rules apply (with necessary modifications) to matters before the Boards as of May 4, 2026, and to new applications filed after that date.
